The customer service is very good!! I ordered a size and they reached out to me to confirm the measurements (something I totally missed). After me realizing the measurements were not to my sizing they let me know they would adjust to my size at no extra charge! I let them know when I need the dress by and they also delivered-quickly. I haven’t tried on the dress just yet as I won’t be back home until this weekend. I will def update this review once I try on item.Their customer service alone was ?Can’t wait to try on!**UPDATE**Ok so after getting the dress I realized it was way too big.Here is where I went wrong… the measurements provided originally for the size I ordered would have probably been the right size (12)after all.The dress has a lace back where you can adjust and tie (kind of like a corset).With the measurement I provided the whole lace completely closes the dress (which then fit) but it takes away the look of the lace back.I had to take it to a tailor to take it in on the sides to not loose the look of the corset in the back. Also had to cut the length.The dress itself is beautiful. The material is really good and it has a very comfortable built in bra (which is a plus)!! The hunter green is not as dark as I would have liked. It’s more of an emerald green than dark green. I would say stick to your normal size because u can always adjust with the lace back!This was a great company to deal with. Our package got lost in the mail and before I even knew it was lost they contacted me and remade the dress had it priority shipped to make it before Prom. This dress was stunning. The fabric was heavy and looked great. The dress was long enough for my daughter as she is 5’ 9. Overall worth every penny for purchasing off of Amazon.Did not fit body sizeDidn't care for the way the dress ties up for closure to secure dress to body. Too tedious and not convenient.Looks nothing like the picture or maybe I'm just to stort for the dressThere was only on thing I was uncomfortable with, the arm that the drap side is on was tight. But it got me through a beautiful ceremony and I received lots of compliments on my dress.
